Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Sales Incentives Analyst to support the Wealth & Retail banking division with calculating incentives and assisting in annual incentive planning.

You will analyse sales trends, run scenario simulations, document changes to ensure audit compliance, and assist with day-to-day operations and data validation.

Responsabilités

• Calculate the Sales incentives for various Wealth & Retail banking roles across the division.
• Assist during the annual incentive planning process by analysing sales behaviour/trend, running multiple scenario simulations & doing cost income analysis.
• Resolve queries from the front end sales force in a quick and effective manner.
• Understand operational flow and identify key operational risk areas.
• Document procedure changes to ensure that as an organization we are audit compliant.
• Assist with the day-to-day operational activities for Sales Incentives.
• Assist with data massaging, data validation and feature engineering for Raw datasets.
• Assist with User Acceptance Test (when required).
• Understand the Sales Incentive schemes for all the wealth & retail banking sales force
