Job summary

Job description

AL = 7 days a year

Calculate sales incentives for Wealth and Retail Banking teams.

Analyse sales trends and conduct incentive cost simulations.

Handle incentive-related queries from sales teams.

Perform data validation, analysis and reporting.

Support daily operations, process documentation and audit compliance.

Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) when required.

Identify operational risks and recommend process improvements.
