Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Banking, Finance, or related discipline.
• Experience in banking operations, transaction processing, or financial services is preferred.
• Knowledge of AML, Regulatory requirements, and SIT/UAT is a plus.

• Process CPF and SRS transactions accurately and within agreed service levels (SLAs).
• Verify instructions and supporting documents before processing.
• Perform account reconciliation and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.

• Maintain proper records and ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Banking, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and computer systems/software.
