HR-Pro Recruitment Services Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Finance & Client Services professional to support the Financing Bank's FCS function, handling agency, transaction management, KYC, and client services for loans and cash management.

Summary of the position:

Financing & Client Services (FCS) is in charge of several cross-functions of the Financing Bank, including agency, transaction management and client service for loans, cash management and receivable & supply chain finance activities, as well as KYC support.

• Agency & Transaction Management: provides agency roles and loan management for financing transactions originated by business lines such Energy & Real Assets (ERA), Corporate & Leveraged Finance(CLF), and certain financing activities of International Trade &Transaction Banking (ITB) such Export Finance, Global Commodity Finance, Trade Finance, etc.), as well as distribution activities of Distribution & Asset Rotation (DAR);
• Cash & RSF Transactions and Services: provides transaction management and client service for ITB’s Cash Management and Receivable & Supply Chain Finance (RSF) activities.
• KYC Support & Services is in charge of collecting and processing information for Corporate KYCs and assessing the non-compliance risks for correspondent banking activity.

This role supports FCS function in delivering high-quality client services acting as a key operational contact for internal stakeholders and clients, ensuring efficient transaction execution, risk control, data integrity and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

In addition, the role contributes to broader FCS initiatives, transformative initiatives and cross functional projects as the function continuous to evolve and expands. It is also expected to support process improvements, automation initiatives and workflow enhancements to improve internal processes, strengthen operational efficiency and data accuracy.

Main responsibilities:

1. Cash Transactions and Client Services

Primary Contact for Clients:

• Providing indicative loan or deposit rates to clients on a daily or weekly basis where required.
• Provide and collect Standard Settlement Instructions(SSI) from / to Clients.
• Liaise with Treasury for base rates and confirm applicable margins with Front Office prior to communicating with clients.
• Managing bilateral loans and deposits processing for clients in scope, including:
• Liaising with Borrowers to confirm amount, tenor, and rates.
• Preparing bookings tickets and ensuring timely payment execution.
• Follow up loans and deposits related documents.
• Providing loan advice and transaction confirmations to clients.
• Ensuring repayments are received on value dates.
• Response to all client enquiries related to statements, rates, limit availability, etc.

Monitoring

• For bilateral loans, check Conditions Precedent (CP)before drawdown is allowed, and follow up for Conditions Subsequent (CS)documents if any.
• Ensure compliant with the clauses executed in Facility Agreement / Letter of Offer.
• Ensure KYC has been completed and validated.
• Raise invoices for fees / follow up for fees receivable and ensure appropriate booking.
• Coordinate with Back Office for transaction booking under appropriate desks and profit center.
• Investigate and follow up for rectification of anomalies.

Client Services

• Provide client services and act as a key contact for Clients on account-related matters and cash management enquiries.
• Ensure efficient communication and issue resolution to maintain high client satisfaction and strong business relationships.

2. Data Management

• Action / Validate for all radical / counterpart’s creation, modification, transfer or closure in all related systems.

3. Risk, Controls, & Governance

• Ensure that all transactions are executed within approved credit approval conditions, documentation, target operating model and regulatory frameworks.
• Monitor portfolio triggers, utilization, and exception items with timely escalation where necessary.
• Contribute to audit readiness and internal control processes.

4. Process Enhancement & Automation

• Support workflow improvement through process automation and operational efficiency initiatives, including the use of AI internal tool, automation tools and excel macros.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and tool enhancements.
• Contribute to the initiative aimed at improving data accuracy, operational controls and transaction efficiency.

5. Broader FCS Participation

• Contribute to ongoing development of the FCS Target Operating model (TOM) and departmental transformation initiatives.
• Support ad hoc projects, new activity and cross-functional improvement initiatives within FCS.
• Act as subject matter for cash, client service, and counterpart administrative processes and provide training to junior team member if needed.
• Support any ad-hoc tasks depending on the team capacity.

Legal and Regulatory Responsibilities:

• Comply with all applicable legal, regulatory and internal Compliance requirements, including, but not limited to, the Singapore Compliance manual and Compliance policies and procedures as issued from time to time; Financial Security requirements, including, but not limited to, the prevention of Financial Crime and Fraud including reporting obligations to the Money Laundering Reporting Officer.
• Maintain appropriate knowledge to ensure to be fully qualified to undertake the role.
• Complete all mandatory training as required to attain and maintain competence.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor Degree or higher level of education in Banking & Finance.
• At least 2-3 years relevant experience in Banking and Middle Office, KYC, client servicing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office(Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong Excel capabilities, including ability to build and maintain macros for process automation(preferred but not mandatory).
• Familiarity with RSF products(factoring, receivables financing, supplier finance) is a plus.
• Highly analytical person with strong ability to identify key information, assess risks, and solve problems effectively.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills(verbal and writing), comfortable liaising with Clients and Stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong client service mindset, collaborative team player, and effective relationship builder.
• Ability to work independently, proactive, eager to learn, and capability of handling multiple priorities simultaneously.
