Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of banking, AML/KYC, operations, or client servicing experience.
• Experience in AML reviews, client outreach, or documentation handling is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute client outreach for AML reviews using approved templates.
• Maintain professional, client-friendly communications and track responses.
• Prepare, track, and validate RFIs (OGR, RBR, ODD) before submission to AML.
• Monitor timelines, follow up on outstanding items, and meet SLA requirements.
• Perform initial completeness checks on client-submitted documents.
• Escalate delays, gaps, or risks in client responses or documentation.
• Ensure AML/KYC policy alignment and governance standards.
• Maintain audit trails of outreach and submissions.
• Support audits by providing required records and evidence.
• Use standard RFI templates and tracking tools (e.g., Excel trackers).
• Identify process gaps and support improvements to templates and workflows.
