Job summary

United Overseas Bank Limited in Singapore is seeking a Client Engagement Officer to support AML reviews within the Affluent Client Group. You will coordinate outreach, manage information requests, and ensure timely, compliant communication between Relationship Managers, clients, and internal stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in banking/AML/KYC, strong communication, high attention to detail, and proficiency with Excel and Outlook.

Qualifications

2–4 years in banking, AML/KYC, operations, or client servicing.
Experience in AML reviews, client outreach, or documentation handling preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Strong follow-up and coordination skills to manage timelines.
Proficient with Excel and email/workflow tools.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and execute client outreach for AML reviews using approved templates.
Ensure a professional and customer-sensitive tone in all communications.
Prepare, track, and validate RFIs (OGR, RBR, ODD) and monitor timelines, follow up on items.
Perform initial completeness checks on client-submitted documents.
Escalate delays, gaps, or risks and maintain audit trails.
Ensure alignment between business requirements and AML/KYC governance.
Support audits by providing required records and evidence.
Use standard RFI templates and tracking tools; identify process improvements.
