1011 United Overseas Bank Ltd invites an experienced Team Lead to join the Customer Engagement Team within AML Control. You will lead customer outreach for AML reviews, coordinating with Relationship Managers, AML Reviewers and Operations to gather information and drive timely case closure.

Lead a CET team to maintain audits, SLAs and quality standards while coaching members to deliver accurate, compliant responses and robust documentation for AML investigations.

Competenze

• 5–8 years of relevant experience in AML, KYC or related operations.
• Experience in customer engagement/outreach and managing teams or workflows.
• Solid understanding of CDD, EDD and RFI handling, customer documentation requirements and MAS AML/CFT regulatory expectations.
• Strong execution skills to manage SLAs, priorities and outstanding cases.
• Strong stakeholder-management and collaboration with RM, AML Reviewers and Operations.
• Strong attention to detail, documentation quality and control requirements.
• Demonstrated people-management, coaching and problem-solving capabilities.

Mansioni

• Lead end-to-end customer outreach activities for AML reviews.
• Ensure information obtained is accurate, complete and fit-for-purpose to support AML risk assessment and account strategy.
• Drive timely closure of outstanding customer information requests and prevent delays to AML case completion.
• Maintain high standards of documentation and ensure a clear audit trail.
• Act as central coordination between Relationship Managers, AML Reviewers and AML Operations.
