Job summary

The Centre for Quantum Technologies at the National University of Singapore seeks a Research Community & Engagement Manager / Senior Executive to coordinate onboarding, orientation, alumni relations, wellbeing initiatives, social events and internal communications.

Based at Kent Ridge Campus, you will manage welcome sessions, design internal communications, chair social events committees, oversee alumni engagement, and support visitors and interns with administrative coordination.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in roles demonstrating skills relevant to this scope of work.
• Strong communicator, confident in engaging people of all seniority levels and nationalities.
• Excellent English language skills
• Systematic and self-motivated
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma

Responsibilities

• Manage welcome of new staff, students, interns and visitors to the Centre.
• Arrange and host new joiner information sessions.
• Share new joiner info on the Centre website and other channels.
• Design and implement internal communication tactics including all-staff emails, internal webpages, newsletters and townhalls.
• Be a member of the Centre’s wellbeing committee.
• Chair a committee that plans social events for Centre members, including nodes.
• Manage Alumni engagement.
• Assist in administrative and logistical matters for visitors and interns.
