Job summary

CHANGI AIRPORT PLANNERS AND ENGINEERS PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced project professional to lead the management and execution of the future Terminal 5 and its facilities.

You will support Terminal 2 Connection Works across the full life cycle— from inception and procurement to design, construction and handover— while ensuring safety, compliance and timely delivery in an operational airport environment. The role demands six years of construction or airport project experience, strong coordination

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 6 years in construction, infrastructure or airport projects.
• SO Rep Assistant or similar role experience is a plus.
• Strong ability to read drawings, specs and project requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage permits, closures, airport passes and access approvals for project works.
• Coordinate stakeholder interfaces and access arrangements to support project delivery.
• Supervise assigned construction activities to ensure safety and compliance.
• Support testing, commissioning, handover and operational readiness activities.
• Any other responsibilities as assigned.
