Job summary

Changi Airport Group is leading the Changi East and Terminal 5 initiatives. As a project manager on the T5 team, you will oversee the full project life cycle, coordinate with consultants and contractors, and ensure time, cost and quality targets are met while engaging with multiple stakeholders across agencies.

You will bring extensive civil/geotechnical experience, strong PM skills, and a proactive, analytical mindset to drive complex infrastructure works.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil/Geotechnical Engineering or related field.
At least 8 years of experience in the construction industry.
Strong experience in project management and coordination.
Experience in Program Risk Management.
Construction management experience with major civil infrastructure projects or deep excavation works is required.

Responsibilities

Manage projects through the full life cycle from inception to handover.
Coordinate with stakeholders, design consultants, and contractors.
Oversee feasibility studies, brief development and submissions from consultants.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, agencies and clients.
Manage time, cost and quality to achieve project outcomes.
