Job summary

GRIT is seeking an experienced enterprise sales professional to grow Airport Solutions across Singapore and Southeast Asia. You will own the end-to-end sales cycle from first conversation to contract signature, building relationships with airport operators, groups, and aviation authorities.

This is a new-business role requiring a proven track record of originating and closing large enterprise deals, navigating long sales cycles, and collaborating with delivery teams to tailor integrated

Qualifications

• 8+ years in enterprise technology sales or airport industry sales.
• Proven track record of originating and closing new enterprise business.
• Experience with large-scale technology transformation, systems integration or managed services.

Responsibilities

• Develop new relationships with airport operators, airport groups, aviation authorities and other industry stakeholders.
• Identify and pursue opportunities in airport operations, digital platforms, systems integration, analytics and managed services.
• Build and manage a qualified pipeline through direct prospecting, referrals and executive networking.
• Own the sales cycle, including account strategy, stakeholder mapping, commercial discussions and negotiations.
• Engage senior business and technology leaders, including CIOs, CTOs, COOs and airport operations executives.
• Work with solution, presales and delivery teams to shape proposals and integrated solutions.
• Explore complementary opportunities in areas such as cloud, cybersecurity, AI, data, connectivity and application modernisation.
