Responsibilities

Build trusted relationships with senior airport stakeholders and operators.
Identify opportunities for technology products and services addressing operational pain points.
Translate operational pain points into product requirements and advise on new solutions.
Support bids, proposals, pilots, and innovation programs with operational expertise.
Validate concepts with airport customers and coordinate with account teams.
