Tian Tian Hainanese Chicken Rice at Jewel Changi Airport is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support daily operations and deliver memorable guest experiences to locals and visitors alike.

You will act as Manager-in-Charge when the Restaurant Manager is away, oversee both FOH and BOH, and lead a team on a six-day work week with long shifts. The role offers growth in a busy, iconic Singapore food brand.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Hospitality, F&B Operations or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of supervisory or management experience in F&B.
• Experience in airports, high-volume dining outlets, or established restaurant chains.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English and comfortable interacting with local and international customers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily outlet operations and assist the Restaurant Manager.
• Take charge in the absence of the Restaurant Manager and ensure smooth FOH/BOH operations.
• Supervise FOH and BOH teams to maintain service and food quality.
• Monitor service quality, customer satisfaction and staff performance; train and onboard new hires.
• Support outlet sales initiatives and promotional campaigns; manage staff rosters and optimize labor costs.
• Ensure SOP compliance, inventory monitoring, and timely stock ordering.
