Job summary

Changi Airport Group is recruiting for a project leadership role within the Changi East Development programme. You will lead and manage a team, overseeing the full project life cycle from inception, procurement, design, construction and handover.

You will also manage feasibility and engineering studies, facilitate brief development, review consultants and contractors submissions and liaise with multiple stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget and safe project delivery.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in Civil/Structural is required.
• 10–15 years’ experience on large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; able to present clearly.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full project lifecycle from inception to handover.
• Procure services and works, coordinate design and construction.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders and manage feasibility studies.
• Ensure delivery meets time, cost, quality and safety standards.

Changi Airport Group is part of the inter‑agency team developing Changi East, which encompasses Changi Airport's future Terminal 5. We welcome you to join us today as part of the team shaping Singapore's aviation future

You will lead and manage a team for one of the portfolios within the Changi East Development programme. You will oversee the whole project life cycle from project inception, procurement of services and works, design development, construction and handover. In addition, you will also manage feasibility and engineering studies, facilitate brief development, review standards, submissions from consultants and contractors and liaise closely with multiple internal and external stakeholders which will include public and private agencies on various aspects of works. Stakeholder engagement will also be a key part of your portfolio. As a project manager, you will ensure that the project is delivered in accordance with the agreed time, cost, quality and safety standards to achieve the desired project outcomes.

Requirements:

• A good degree in Engineering (Civil/ Structural)
• At least 10 to 15 years' of work experience, supporting large-scale infrastructure project
• Good analytical ability with strong communication skills, both written and presentation
• Proficient in use of MS software
• Proven leadership skills
• Highly motivated, good at multi-tasking and strong team player
• This is a contract position
• Successful candidate will be offered a position commensurate with their qualifications and relevant work experience
