Job summary

Changi Airport Group is seeking a seasoned construction leader to head a Changi East Construction team responsible for delivering a major package, including building, civil works, and airfield-related tasks. You will oversee the construction programme and ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.

You will liaise with government agencies and regulators, manage tenders and consultancy contracts, and may take on roles such as Assistant/Project Director or Superintending

Qualifications

• 20 years of relevant project experience.
• Proven leadership of teams in large-scale developments.
• Excellent written and spoken communication; adept at presentations.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders in fast-paced environments.
• Independent with strong people management skills.

Responsibilities
