Job summary

PERSOL Outsourcing is hiring for a Baggage Operations Coordinator at Changi Airport on a 1-year contract (renewable/convertible). The role is on-site in the baggage handling area and requires coordinating with Facilities Management and Engineering to maintain KPI performance and real-time data accuracy.

The shift pattern is 2 days on, 2 days off, 8:30am–8:30pm or 8:30pm–8:30am with a night shift allowance; you will implement seasonal schedules, update operational databases, prepare Sitrep

Qualifications

• Minimum Higher Nitec or equivalent.
• Airline/airport operations experience preferred.
• On-site in baggage handling area.
• Will­ing to work 2 days on/2 days off shifts.
• Class 3 driving license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement seasonal schedules with real-time data updates.
• Prepare Sitrep and other reports for stakeholders.
• Manually update Baggage Information and Flight Information Displays.
• Troubleshoot scheduling conflicts as they arise.
• Coordinate with Baggage Control Room for real-time changes.
• Ensure KPI targets for arrival baggage presentation and mishandling.
