Ant International is seeking a strategic Operations leader to partner with the BD team on market analysis, growth strategies, and commercialization initiatives. The role will drive cross-functional execution across Marketing, Product, Risk, and Technology to optimize onboarding, pricing, and process efficiency.

The candidate should have a strong business sense, data capability, and experience in cross-border or complex markets, with a track record of scalable operations and merchant growth.

• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Merchant Services, Risk and Technology to deliver projects efficiently.
• Develop standardized processes, train BD teams, and maintain up-to-date product documentation.
