Job summary

Antomech Technologies is seeking a senior operations and strategy professional to lead market insights, regional expansion, and go-to-market initiatives. Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant operations or management experience.
• Familiarity with internet, airline/travel, e-commerce, or food & beverage industries; hands-on merchant operations and strategic operations.
• Core competencies in business acumen, data analysis, systematic thinking, collaboration, and problem solving.
• Preferred qualifications: cross-border payments, localized operations, or compliance management.

Responsibilities

• Analyze the payment ecosystem with the BD team and develop targeted operational strategies.
• Lead commercialization strategies, pricing models, and rebate/commission policies.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Merchant Services, Risk Control, and Technology to deliver projects.
• Optimize merchant onboarding paths and design differentiated incentives and pricing advantages.
• Scale merchant and user volume while improving user experience.
• Address regional compliance requirements and promote market entry in target markets.
• Monitor customer journey and resolve onboarding bottlenecks to drive growth.
• Develop standardized processes and train the BD team for efficient execution.
• Update customer-facing documents and enable the BD team with sales tools.
