The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a customer service assistant to support the department in daily operations at the Changi Airfreight Centre. The role runs Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm, with a salary of SGD 2,600 to 3,500 per month.

You will liaise with air and sea carriers and customers, handle bookings and billing for sea freight, and process customer ratings. Candidates should have at least GCE O level and proficiency in Microsoft Office; relevant experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE 'O' level.
• Relevant working experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités
