Job summary

Singapore Airlines Limited seeks an Instructor Learning & Development to join the Learning & Development team. You will develop courseware, deliver courses and assessments in Aircraft Weight & Balance, Load Control, and Dangerous Goods Regulations to ensure staff are certified per regulations.

You will collaborate with internal stakeholders, design engaging learning experiences, and support E-Learning development and administration. Travel overseas may be required.

Qualifications

• Diploma in any discipline.
• ACLP or ACTA preferred.
• Active/current certificate in aircraft weight and balance, load control and/or Dangerous Goods.
• Experience delivering Dangerous Goods CBTA for Cargo/Passenger/Load Control.
• Experience delivering aircraft weight and balance and load control training; familiar with related systems such as Amadeus Altéa.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led training and assessments across Aircraft Weight & Balance, Load Control, and DG Regulations – in-person, virtual, or hybrid.
• Develop, curate, and refine courseware with up-to-date regulations, systems, processes, or policies.
• Support e-learning design and collaborate with internal teams and external providers.
• Assist Learning Administration: attendance, grade communication, certificate distribution, and logistical tasks.
• Coach Associate Trainers to upskill and improve delivery.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and identify improvements to meet learning outcomes.
