Job summary

AIRMARK FREIGHT SERVICES PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a responsible Air & Sea Freight Customer Service cum Operations Executive to coordinate daily shipments and liaise with customers and vendors to ensure smooth operations.

You will prepare shipping documents, handle rate requests, and provide timely updates while maintaining records and supporting warehouse staff as needed.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, customer service, or operations.
• Basic knowledge of air freight and sea freight import/export procedures will be an advantage.
• Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to communicate and liaise effectively with customers, vendors, and overseas agents.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
• Organized, responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Valid forklift license will be an advantage.
• A good team player with a positive working attitude.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily air freight and sea freight import and export shipments.
• Liaise with overseas agents, shipping lines, airlines, co-loaders, trucking companies, warehouses, and other service providers.
• Arrange cargo collection, delivery, trucking, customs clearance, and other shipment-related services.
• Follow up with vendors and overseas agents on shipment schedules, rates, bookings, and cargo status.
• Follow up with internal stakeholders on shipping requests for import & export shipments.
• Provide shipment updates and respond to customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Prepare and handle shipping documents, permits, quotations, invoices, delivery orders, and other operational paperwork.
• Assist with freight rate requests, vendor quotations, and shipment cost comparisons.
• Monitor shipment progress and coordinate with relevant parties to resolve operational issues.
• Perform general administrative duties, data entry, filing, and documentation.
• Maintain proper shipment records and ensure all operational documents are updated accordingly.
• To assist warehouse staff when necessary

We are looking for a responsible, organized, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Air & Sea Freight Customer Service cum Operations Executive.
