Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end air import and export operations, ensuring shipments are processed accurately and delivered within scheduled timelines.
• Prepare, review, and process HAWB/MAWB, manifests, billing documents, cost entries, shipment tracking records, and pre-alert documentation for overseas agents.
• Coordinate closely with customers, airlines, freight forwarders, customs brokers, transport providers, warehouse teams, and overseas offices to facilitate seamless cargo movement.
• Monitor shipment progress and proactively manage delivery schedules to meet customer expectations and service levels.
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements, SOPs, airline regulations, customs requirements, and international freight standards.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and update freight management systems to support efficiency and visibility.
• Process cargo bookings, declarations, and documentation submissions to airlines and carriers.
• Identify and implement process improvements to strengthen efficiency, service quality, and satisfaction.
• Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to investigate issues, resolve discrepancies, and minimize delays.
• Perform additional operational and administrative duties as assigned by Management.

Working Hours:

• Mon - Fri & Sat (Half day) [5.5 days]
• Mon to Fri 12pm to 9pm
• Sat 12pm to 4pm

Job Description:

• Prepared, reviewed, and processed House Air Waybills (HAWB), Master Air Waybills (MAWB), manifests, billing documents, cost entries, shipment tracking records, and pre-alert documentation for overseas agents.
• Coordinated closely with customers, airlines, freight forwarders, customs brokers, transport providers, warehouse teams, and overseas offices to facilitate seamless cargo movement.
• Monitored shipment progress and proactively managed delivery schedules to meet customer expectations and agreed service levels.
• Ensured full compliance with customer requirements, company standard operating procedures (SOPs), airline regulations, customs requirements, and international freight forwarding standards.
• Maintained accurate shipment records and updated freight management systems to support operational efficiency and shipment visibility.
• Processed cargo bookings, declarations, and documentation submissions to airlines, carriers, and co-loaders in a timely and accurate manner.
• Identified and implemented process improvements to strengthen operational efficiency, service quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
• Partnered with internal teams and external stakeholders to investigate shipment issues, resolve discrepancies, and minimize operational delays.
• Performed additional operational and administrative duties as assigned by Management.
