Job summary

Wecruit Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an Export Operations Coordinator to manage daily air export activities from booking to cargo departure, ensuring smooth coordination and on-time performance. You will prepare MAWB/HAWB, invoices, packing lists, and permits, work with partners and overseas offices, track milestones, resolve issues, and provide responsive status updates and excellent service.

• Coordinate cargo collection, consolidation, palletization, and warehouse activities.
• Prepare and verify export documentation (MAWB/HAWB, invoices, packing lists, permits).
• Collaborate with airlines, freight partners, overseas offices, and customers.
• Track shipment milestones and resolve operational issues.
• Provide responsive customer support with status updates.
