Job summary

Extrans Global Pte. Ltd. is seeking a logistics coordinator to manage international cargo movement and optimize routes. You will coordinate with clients, overseas agents, and contractors to ensure timely collection and delivery while negotiating rates.

You will prepare shipping docs, ensure compliance with customs, and create Air Waybills. Strong English communication, 4+ years in freight forwarding, and a proactive, customer-focused approach are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant freight forwarding experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and overseas agents for cargo collection and delivery.
• Plan and optimize international shipment routes while negotiating competitive rates.
• Prepare and verify shipping documentation in compliance with customs and insurance requirements.
• Ensure cargo meets destination country regulations to avoid delays and costs.
• Create and manage Air Waybills (AWB) for cargo movement.
• Provide excellent customer service to shippers, consignees, and logistics partners.
• Monitor shipment status and coordinate with destination agents.
• Generate cargo reports and maintain accurate records.
• Support export cargo planning and warehouse coordination.
• Handle export declarations where required.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For:
