Job summary

Hellmann Worldwide Logistics in Singapore is seeking an Air Export Operations Executive to manage daily export activities, liaise with customers, shippers and overseas agents, and ensure on-time documentation and billing.

You will handle airline space bookings, ensure compliance with regulations, and contribute to KPI achievement while delivering professional customer service.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in Freight Forwarding / export operations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily export operational activities (execution of shipments, follow up on documentations).
• Provide customer service support by liaising with customers, shippers, overseas agents and network partners.
• Follow up on airline space and make bookings as and when.
• Ensure export processes comply with procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare documents for customs clearance, permits, delivery orders and packing lists for export.
• Bill/invoice customers timely and accurately, including COD; cost vendor invoices.
• Arrange timely delivery/collection of cargoes; handle queries and complaints professionally.
• Assist in implementing for new customers and meet global/department KPIs.

Position: Air Export Operations Executive

Key Tasks:

• Perform daily export operational activities (execution of shipments, follow up on documentations).
• Provide customer service support through liaising with customers, shippers, overseas agents and network partners.
• Follow up on airline space and make bookings as and were.
• Ensure all export processes are carried out in accordance with established procedures and instructions in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Ensure timely preparation of documents for customs clearance, permit applications, delivery order, packing list for export and third-party consignments in compliance with customer requirements and import/export regulations are met.
• Timely and accurate billing/invoicing to customers accordingly and as per schedule including COD customers.
• Timely and accurate costing of vendor invoices.
• Arrange timely delivery/collection of cargoes as and when required.
• Handle all customers' queries and complaints with a professional attitude.
• Involvement with work improvement by registering service failures due to non-conformance of procedures.
• Assist in the implementation for new customers.
• Ensure that both global and department KPIs are met.

Education background / Work experience:

• At least - Min 2 years of experience in Freight Forwarding, export operations
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment

Proficient in spoken and written English.

Must be computer literate and familiar with basic software
