Job summary

RECRUITPEDIA PTE. LTD. is seeking a logistics professional in Singapore to manage daily air freight operations, including shipment bookings and airline coordination, while ensuring accurate documentation and regulatory compliance.

The role targets candidates with 1–2 years in air freight or logistics, who can leverage CargoWise and airline booking platforms, and who communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment to ensure smooth shipment execution.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in air freight, freight forwarding or logistics operations.
• Hands-on AWB/MAWB experience.
• Familiarity with CargoWise and airline booking platforms.
• Good communication, coordination and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day air freight operations, including shipment bookings and coordination with airlines.
• Prepare and process Air Waybills (AWB) and Master Air Waybills (MAWB) accurately according to customer requirements.
• Monitor shipment status and follow up with airlines to resolve delays or operational issues.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of shipment documentation and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams, airlines and relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth shipment execution.

Requirements
