Job summary

RECRUITPEDIA PTE. LTD. is recruiting for a role supporting air freight operations for a well-established international logistics provider.

The position focuses on day-to-day bookings, AWB/MAWB processing and close coordination with airlines to ensure timely shipments. The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of air freight or logistics experience, strong communication, and attention to detail, with hands-on AWB/MAWB experience and familiarity with CargoWise or airline booking platforms.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in air freight, freight forwarding or logistics operations.
• Hands-on AWB/MAWB experience.
• Familiarity with CargoWise and airline booking platforms is a plus.
• Good communication, coordination and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day air freight operations, including shipment bookings and coordination with airlines.

Job Scope

• Handle day-to-day air freight operations, including shipment bookings and coordination with airlines.
• Prepare and process Air Waybills (AWB) and Master Air Waybills (MAWB) accurately according to customer requirements.
• Monitor shipment status and follow up with airlines to resolve delays or operational issues.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of shipment documentation and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams, airlines and relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth shipment execution.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in air freight, freight forwarding or logistics operations, with hands-on AWB/MAWB experience.
