Job summary

Air Operations Officer (Import & Export) at AIR MARKET LOGISTICS (S) PTE. LTD. is based at Changi Airfreight Centre in Singapore.

You will coordinate daily air import and export shipments and liaise with airlines, warehouses, transport providers, customers, overseas agents, and internal departments. Fresh graduates are welcome; training will be provided. Strong English and Mandarin communication, reliability, and teamwork are valued.

Qualifications

• Singapore Citizen or PR preferred.
• No experience required; Fresh graduates welcome. Training will be provided.
• Able to communicate in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written).
• Basic Microsoft Office knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily air import and export shipments.
• Liaise with airlines, warehouse, transport providers, customers, overseas agents, and internal departments.
• Arrange shipment bookings and monitor cargo movement.
• Prepare and verify shipping documents (MAWB, HAWB, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Delivery Order, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with airline requirements, Singapore Customs regulations, and company SOPs.
• Monitor shipment status and provide timely updates.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and update the freight management system.
• Resolve shipment-related issues and support daily operations.
• Perform other duties assigned by Management.
