Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Offer and propose freight solutions to customers.
• Receive and arrange air export shipment bookings from customers.
• Coordinate shipment flow: arrange pickup, book flights with carriers, manage warehouse logistics.
• Monitor shipment status: check departure and status of booked flights; handle recovery processes if necessary.
• Respond to customer and overseas agent queries regarding shipment bookings and rates.
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by the manager.
