Job summary

EA Recruitment Pte. Ltd. is seeking a logistics administrator at Changi Airfreight Centre to handle daily import/export documentation and monitor shipments. You will coordinate with internal teams and external partners to optimise logistics operations.

We offer a basic salary of SGD 2,500–3,200 plus AWS and a variable bonus, with excellent welfare and clear career progression. Training is provided for those with limited experience; working hours are 9am–6pm, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Possess minimum GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ level qualification.
• Training provided for those lesser/without experience

Responsibilities

• Handle daily operations documentation like import and export permit, Air Waybills and Bill of Lading
• Monitor import and export shipments
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to optimize logistics operations
• Perform other assigned duties
