Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage customer ratings for air and sea freight to maintain service quality.
• Coordinate with air and sea carriers to ensure timely shipments.
• Liaise with customers to address inquiries and provide updates on shipments.
• Prepare sea freight documentation such as bookings and Bills of Lading when required.
• Use Microsoft Office and email tools to document and communicate logistics information accurately.
• Work independently with self-motivation and a willingness to learn new tasks within the customer service team.
