Job summary

S.F. Express (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking an Air Freight Booking & Customer Service Specialist to manage airline reservations and shipment inquiries for Singapore air freight operations.

You will coordinate with airlines, ground handling partners and internal teams to secure bookings, keep shipment information current and respond to changes in flight schedules or cargo uplift. Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in air cargo reservations or export operations.
• Familiar with airline booking processes and flight schedules.
• Experience with cargo management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process air cargo space bookings, amendments and cancellations with airlines or GSAs.
• Check flight schedules and space availability; coordinate with Freight Planner and Operations.
• Monitor confirmations and shipment status; provide timely updates.
• Respond to delays, cancellations and exceptions; coordinate alternate bookings.
• Handle inquiries about booking status and service options.
• Coordinate with Sales, Gateway, warehouse and handling teams for priorities.
• Maintain accurate booking records and follow air cargo procedures.
