Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Air Logistics Operations.
• At least 1–2 years in a team lead or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of customs requirements and shipment documentation.
• Proven leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Lead daily airfreight import/export operations and ensure KPI compliance.
