Job summary

Kuehne + Nagel Singapore is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to manage daily operations, lead a team, and ensure safety, accuracy, and productivity across all warehouse activities.

You will oversee staffing, workload planning, and KPI delivery while maintaining adherence to WS H standards and company policies. Strong leadership and logistics knowledge are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations; with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and operational processes.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage operational teams.
• Good understanding of Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) standards and compliance requirements.
• Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and basic Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including planning, organizing, staffing, and directing activities.
• Address workforce matters such as attendance, absenteeism, medical leave, and team discipline.
• Monitor team workload and allocate resources to meet demand and productivity.
• Drive KPIs across efficiency, productivity, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure equipment and assets are properly used, maintained, and accounted for.
• Enforce all Health, Safety and operational procedures per company policy.
