Job summary

RECRUIT LYNC PTE. LTD. Loyang, Singapore is seeking an experienced Cargo Sales professional to drive airline cargo sales and revenue growth while overseeing daily cargo operations to maintain smooth station performance.

You will build relationships with airlines, freight forwarders, and interline partners, monitor performance, ensure regulatory compliance, resolve operational issues, and identify new business opportunities to expand cargo revenue.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in any relevant discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in air cargo, GSA, or freight forwarding.
• Experience in airline cargo sales, cargo operations and stakeholder management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive airline cargo sales and revenue growth to achieve business targets.
• Oversee daily cargo operations to ensure smooth and efficient station performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with airlines, freight forwarders, cargo agents and interline partners.
• Monitor sales performance, operational efficiency and customer service standards.
• Coordinate with cargo terminal operators (CTOs) and relevant authorities to ensure compliance with operational and regulatory requirements.
• Resolve cargo operational issues promptly and implement improvements where necessary.
• Lead and guide the team to achieve sales objectives and maintain consistent service standards.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand cargo revenue.

Job description

Location: Loyang, Singapore

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Salary: S$4,500 - S$7,000 per month

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in air cargo, General Sales Agent (GSA), or freight forwarding.
• Experience in airline cargo sales, cargo operations and stakeholder management is preferred.
• Strong commercial awareness, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Good leadership, communication and problem-solving abilities.
