Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year relevant experience in freight forwarding, air freight or logistics.
• Hands-on experience in handling Airway Bill (AWB).
• Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor CargoWise alerts and follow up on operational issues.
• Coordinate with airlines and internal teams to track bookings and resolve delays.
• Arrange air freight bookings through airline and carrier portals.
• Ensure shipments meet perishable and Dangerous Goods (DG) requirements.
• Arrange temperature-controlled services when required.
• Prepare Air Waybills (AWB) and Master Air Waybills (MAWB) and shipping documents accurately according to customer and destination requirements.
• Prepare Letter of Credit (LC) documents and supporting paperwork.
• Follow customer instructions and ensure all required shipping documents are complete.
• Coordinate with airlines and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely shipment delivery.
