Job summary

ADECCO PERSONNEL PTE LTD is seeking an Air Freight Key Account Support Executive to join our team at Changi Alps. The role involves supporting end-to-end air freight shipments for key customers, coordinating the shipment process, planning cargo space, and providing timely updates on delays.

You will liaise with customers, overseas offices and internal departments, resolving issues and ensuring high service standards. Strong coordination, communication and customer service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or GCE N/O Level.
• Experience in air freight operations preferred.
• Strong coordination and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end air freight import and export shipments for key customers.
• Coordinate shipment process and ensure SOP compliance.
• Plan cargo space and monitor flight uplift for timely updates.
• Liaise with customers, overseas offices and internal departments on status and discrepancies.
• Resolve operational issues and implement recovery actions to prevent service failures.
• Handle enquiries and complaints promptly.
• Prepare KPI reports for customers.

Air Freight Key Account Support Executive

Working Location:Changi Alps
Working Hours:Mon-Fri, 8:30am-5:30pm | Alternate Sat, 8:30am-12:30pm

The Job:

• Supportend-to-end air freight import and export shipmentsfor key customers.
• Coordinate the entire shipment process and ensure operations comply with customer SOPs.
• Plan cargo space, monitor flight uplift and provide early updates on potential delays.
• Liaise with customers, overseas offices and internal departments regarding shipment status and discrepancies.
• Proactively resolve operational issues and implement recovery actions to prevent service failures.
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly andKPI reportsfor customers.
• Ensure high service standards and smooth coordination between Customer Service and Operations teams.

The Talent:

• Minimum GCE N/O Level or Diploma.
• Minimum2 year of air freight operations experience.
• Freight forwarding or logistics industry experience preferred.
• Experience handlingoperations and billing functions.
• Strong coordination, communication and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with logistics systems such asCW1and Microsoft Office is advantageous.
