Job summary

Adecco Personnel Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an Air Freight Key Account Support Executive to coordinate and manage key customers' shipments from origin to destination. The role focuses on ensuring timely exports/imports, space planning, and compliance with customer SOPs.

You will liaise with customers, overseas offices and internal teams, handle inquiries, produce KPI reports, and help resolve issues to maintain high service standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE N/O Level or Diploma.
• Minimum 1 year of air freight operations experience.
• Freight forwarding or logistics industry experience preferred.
• Experience handling operations and billing functions.
• Strong coordination, communication and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with logistics systems such as CW1 and Microsoft Office is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end air freight import and export shipments for key customers.
• Coordinate the entire shipment process and ensure operations comply with customer SOPs.
• Plan cargo space, monitor flight uplift and provide early updates on potential delays.
• Liaise with customers, overseas offices and internal departments regarding shipment status and discrepancies.
• Proactively resolve operational issues and implement recovery actions to prevent service failures.
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly and KPI reports for customers.
• Ensure high service standards and smooth coordination between Customer Service and Operations teams.

Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:30am-5:30pm | Alternate Sat, 8:30am-12:30pm
