Job summary

SF Supply Chain International (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. seeks a senior Pricing & Commercial Manager to lead the regional airfreight pricing strategy and product portfolio, driving competitive win rates, profitability and customer growth.

You will establish pricing governance, lead major RFQs and tenders, guide sales teams, develop differentiated airfreight products, and collaborate with Global and Country teams to secure favorable rates.

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years in air freight, pricing, or product management.
Regional or multi-market exposure required.
Strong expertise in pricing, RFQ/tender management, and product development.
Experience with complex multinational tenders and commercial solutions.
Proficient English communication.

Responsibilities

Establish and govern regional airfreight pricing framework and governance.
Lead pricing for RFQs and tenders balancing market conditions and profitability.
Advise country sales teams on pricing opportunities and RFQ risks within authority.
Coordinate pricing for strategic multinational tenders with Global and Country teams.
Ensure consistency across spot, RFQ, and contracted pricing; improve win rates.
Partner with IT and Sales to enhance quotation tools and data capabilities.
Develop differentiated airfreight products and cross‑business solutions.
Deliver training to Sales teams on pricing principles and market trends.
Conduct post‑tender analysis to improve future outcomes.
