• Coordinate daily air export shipments from booking to departure.
• Arrange cargo collection, consolidation, palletisation, and warehouse handling.
• Prepare and check shipping documents, including MAWB, HAWB, commercial invoices, packing lists, and export permits.
• Liaise with airlines, ground handling agents, transport providers, customers, and overseas offices.
• Monitor shipment progress and ensure timely departures.
• Handle shipment issues and provide regular updates to customers.
• Respond to customer enquiries and ensure service requirements and KPIs are met.
• Maintain good relationships with customers and business partners.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
