Job summary

Wecruit Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an Air Export Coordinator to oversee daily export operations. You will coordinate air export shipments, arrange cargo collection and warehouse handling, and prepare shipping documents such as MAWB, HAWB, invoices and packing lists.

You will liaise with airlines, ground handling agents, transport providers, customers and overseas offices; monitor schedules, address delays, respond to customer enquiries, and ensure KPIs and requirements are met.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate air export shipments and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Arrange cargo collection, consolidation, and warehouse handling.
• Prepare and check shipping documents, including MAWB, HAWB, invoices, packing lists, and export permits.
• Liaise with airlines, ground handling agents, transport providers, customers, and overseas offices.
• Monitor shipment schedules and follow up on delays or irregularities.
• Respond to customer enquiries regarding shipment status, schedules, and documentation.
• Ensure customer requirements and KPIs are achieved.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers and business partners.
• Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.
