Job summary

Qualifications
- 2 years of customer service experience in freight forwarding.
- Good knowledge of freight documentation and customs regulations.
- Hands-on billing and invoicing experience.
- Proficient with MS Office and freight software.
- Willing to work rotating shifts, including weekend duties.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers; provide proactive support and updates.
- Serve as main contact for bookings, tracking, and inquiries.
- Coordinate shipments with operations, vendors, and carriers.
- Monitor shipments and provide real-time status updates.
- Prepare and review MAWB, HAWB, DG declarations, B/L documents.
- Ensure documents comply with customs and regulations.
- Process invoices; coordinate with finance for adjustments.
- Support sales with quotes and post-booking coordination.
- Maintain accurate records for operations and audits.
- Suggest and implement continuous improvement for CX and ops.
