Responsibilities

• Attend to customers’ inquiries.
• Prepare and process Air Export booking requests.
• Arrange for collection of cargo at customers’ premises.
• Provide booking confirmations and flight details to customers.
• Manage customers’ expectations and complaints.
• Correspond with overseas offices on shipment status and inquiries.
• Verify invoices from vendor.
