Fresh graduates are welcome, with training provided. The role involves liaising with customers and overseas offices, handling invoices, and producing periodic reports. Customer service experience is a plus, and confidentiality is essential.

• Prepare and process Air Export booking requests accurately.
• Arrange and coordinate the collection of cargo at customers’ premises.
• Provide booking confirmations and accurate flight details to customers.
• Manage customers’ expectations effectively and resolve any operational complaints.
• Correspond with overseas offices regarding shipment statuses and related inquiries.
• Verify vendor invoices for accuracy prior to processing.
• Prepare and generate periodic customer reports as required.
