Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Limited in Singapore seeks an accomplished Program Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of AIOps and AI transformation initiatives. You will define project scope, timelines, and governance, while aligning IT delivery with business objectives and ensuring benefits realization.

You will manage budgets, stakeholders, and risk while driving adoption across IT operations, service management, and cloud teams. A strong PM track record in large-scale programs is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project or program management experience.
• Proven track record delivering Infrastructure, ITSM or Cloud transformation programs.
• Experience managing enterprise-scale technology projects with multiple stakeholders and vendors.
• Experience in Infrastructure Operations, Application Support, Service Management or Managed Services.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Familiarity with AI, automation and digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI transformation initiatives.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, resources and milestones.
• Establish governance frameworks and reporting mechanisms.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, assumptions and dependencies.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and technology implementation.
• Drive adoption of AI-powered operational capabilities across support teams.
• Coordinate steering committee meetings and executive reviews.
• Communicate progress, risks, issues and decisions to stakeholders.
• Track realization of benefits and KPIs.
• Governance, Risk & Compliance management within projects.
• Change management and adoption activities.
• Prepare and present program health assessments and executive dashboards.
