You will drive cross-functional collaboration, manage risks, and report progress with clarity to executives.

Qualifications

• Experience managing large digital transformation programs.
• Expertise in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall and Hybrid delivery models.
• Experience leading multi-vendor and distributed delivery teams.
• Strong budget, governance, and risk management capabilities.
• Excellent customer-facing and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI-led transformation programs.
• Manage broadband transformation initiatives from inception to deployment and handover.
• Develop program plans, schedules, governance frameworks, risk management strategies, and delivery milestones.
• Ensure delivery commitments are met with in scope, quality, budget, and timelines.
• Establish program governance, reporting cadence, and executive-level communication mechanisms.
