Job summary

Singapore Precision Engineering and Technology Association in Singapore is seeking an operations lead to drive the daily execution of its AI capability development project for the precision engineering sector. The role focuses on project management, event coordination, administrative follow-through, and actively engaging SMEs.

You will report to the Project Director, AI Strategy & Industry Transformation, and work closely with the secretariat to ensure timelines, workshop targets, and reporting

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the AI adoption initiative, tracking timelines, actions, and milestones.
• Conceptualise and execute 4 technical AI workshops annually, handling logistics, venue, speakers, marketing, and attendance tracking.
• Oversee outreach campaigns to identify SME adopters, maintain CRM or tracking log, and establish project KPIs and dashboards.
• Assist with 1-1 advisory sessions, document gaps, follow up on actions, and track referrals to approved solutions.
• Coordinate data collection, case studies, and timelines for industry playbook; report download analytics and readership metrics.
• Provide operational support to additional association initiatives and events as directed by leadership.
