Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Singapore seeks a Technical Business Analyst / Technical Project Manager to lead AI and data science projects. You will define goals with stakeholders, manage end-to-end delivery, and ensure smooth handovers to BAU.

Strong Agile/Scrum experience and cloud familiarity are essential. Candidates should have a STEM degree and 3+ years in delivery roles supporting AI or data-driven products.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in Technical Business Analyst, Technical PM, or Technical PO delivery roles for AI/data projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in STEM required; strong understanding of AI/data-driven product lifecycles.
• Proven ability to manage full lifecycle from ideation to production handover.

Responsibilities

• Engage with business stakeholders to elicit strategic objectives and translate into project goals.
• Lead end-to-end AI/data science projects including planning, tracking, and delivery.
• Apply Agile/Scrum tailored to AI/ML delivery and ensure governance and approvals.
• Communicate progress and results to non-technical stakeholders clearly.
• Coordinate handover to BAU/support and document key learnings.
