Job summary

Singapore Manufacturing Federation seeks a Project Advisor to support the Director and drive AI adoption among local manufacturers. You will conduct assessments, plan outreach workshops, and matchmake companies with AI solutions while coordinating with vendors and clients to track timelines and budgets.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 2–4 years of experience in digital transformation, data analytics, or IT management, with preference for manufacturing domain knowledge and strong

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in digital transformation, data analytics, AI adoption or IT management.
• Good understanding of data and AI technologies, preferring manufacturing workflow knowledge.
• Proven experience in CRM, vendor management & developing collaboration.
• Good communication, facilitation, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director and act as the 2nd Project Advisor for AI adoption advisory.
• Provide comprehensive operations, marketing & administrative support on the project.
• Plan, organize, and execute outreach and discovery workshops for manufacturing companies.
• Assess companies’ business processes, data infrastructure and readiness for AI adoption.
• Analyze needs, objectives and constraints to suggest AI tools/solutions.
• Matchmake companies with AI applications and solution providers.
• Coordinate with vendors, service providers & clients on timelines, budget, milestones.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Senior Management.
