Job summary

Accenture Southeast Asia is seeking a senior strategy consultant to help leading products multinational clients across Southeast Asia accelerate business transformation through AI, Generative AI, and digital innovation.

You will advise senior stakeholders on transformation strategy, shape roadmaps to improve growth and productivity, and develop actionable business cases and executive-level presentations with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in management consulting, business transformation, or strategy consulting.
• Strong understanding of AI, Generative AI, and Agentic AI and their business applications.
• Proven ability to engage and influence senior business stakeholders.
• Experience leading or supporting enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with large multinational organizations, preferably within Products industries.

Responsibilities

• Advise executives on AI, Agentic AI, and business transformation strategies.
• Shape transformation roadmaps that improve growth, productivity, and operational performance.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI and emerging technologies to create business value.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders across regional markets.
• Develop business cases, strategic recommendations, and executive-level presentations.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver transformation outcomes and drive account growth.
• Stay ahead of industry, market, and AI trends to help clients accelerate reinvention.
